Neos Kosmos apt

Neos Kosmos is a cosy apartment in the heart of Athens, located just a short walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, and the commercial centre of the city, it is a great location, near public transport but away from the crowds.

It is situated on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor building with elevator. It consists of a spacious bedroom, a two part living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a small balcony and It can accommodate up to 6 guests in one queen size bed and two double sofa-beds.

It is fully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with high speed broadband internet and a PC.

The living room can accommodate 2 more guests in a double sofa-bed. This room is also air-conditioned and has direct access to the balcony shown below.

The master bedroom is equipped with its own  air-conditioning unit, a queen-size double bed, two side tables with reading lamps and a built-in wardrobe

It is also equipped with a coffee table, a TV set and DVD player, where you can relax and enjoy a good film from our DVD collection!

The kitchen is equipped with all major electrical appliances (stove 4 places-oven 2 places, big refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

All necessary cooking utensils and crockery are provided

The mini bedroom is an independent neighbouring to the living room space that provides privacy and accommodation for 2 additional guests in a double sofa-bed.

Major housing equipment, such as electrical iron and board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner and detergents, are provided
